30-day refund guarantee
If Remark isn't right for you, we'll refund you. No questions asked.
You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Simply contact us at [email protected] and we will process your refund promptly.
How refunds work
- Annual licenses: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase or renewal. You will receive a full refund.
- Lifetime licenses: Request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Full refund, no questions asked.
- Processing time: Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will appear on the original payment method.
After a refund
When a refund is processed, your Remark license will be deactivated and the app will enter read-only mode. Your existing transcripts and meetings remain on your device — nothing is deleted. You can still view, search, and export everything you created.
Cancellation
For annual licenses, you can choose not to renew. When your license expires:
- Your license remains active until the end of your current annual period.
- After the period ends, the app enters read-only mode.
- No further charges will be made.
- Your data remains on your device. Nothing is deleted.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your purchase email address. That's it. No forms, no hoops, no phone calls.
Payment processor
All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, and refund processing. Your payment details are never stored by Remark.
